DESCRIPTION:Aurora Farms grows beautiful\, delicious\, and nutrient-dense seasonal livestock\, vegetables\, fruits\, berries\, and flowers by organic and natural methods. Farmer/rancher Lori Ann David is also a Cordon Bleu-trained chef\, bringing a comprehensive perspective on food creation\, from planting to plating.\nAll foods will be from the farm\, grown\, prepared\, and consumed in their place of origin. Dinner will be multi-course\, prepared from pastured meats\, vegetables\, and fruits\, and served plated and family-style in the romantic chandeliered and draped barn. You will get to fully experience the power of “local”.\nThe Art of Food and Politics will be a discussion throughout the multi-course meal\, served in a variety of ways\, demonstrating the power of food in our culture.
