Enjoy the best tastes of the San Juan Islands showcasing chefs and the farmers that make that food possible! Using fresh, quality products from San Juan County farms, local chefs will prepare delicious bites for the public to enjoy, along with live music, beverages, and a silent auction.
All proceeds benefit nonprofit programs of the San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild, fostering a vibrant, resilient and sustainable local food system in San Juan County.

2019 RULES AND REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Vendors must be a restaurant, food cart, farm, or caterer with a Food Handler Card.
2. Vendors’ businesses must be in San Juan County.
3. Vendors’ menu items must highlight locally grown/gathered in San Juan County.
A vendor may be deemed ineligible if:
- Vendor does not meet the requirements listed above.
- Vendor is serving the same style of cuisine as several other vendors (i.e., if three vendors serve pizza, a fourth may not be deemed beneficial for the event).
San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild retains the sole right to determine eligibility and participation of vendors.
COST:
- Booth Reservation: Island Grownmembers*: $15 / Non-members: $35.
There is no cost to farms that partner with a restaurant/caterer.
- $.50 for every ticket collected will go to the San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild.
- There is no admission fee for customers.

HOW IT WORKS:
- San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild sells $3 tickets at the door. There is no entry fee.
- Food vendors collect the tickets at their booths for bite-sized options valued at 1, 2, or 3 tickets, depending on the value of your item.
- Vendors turn in their tickets to the San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild at the end of the event.
- Vendors will be reimbursed within 7 days.
PARTNERING WITH A FARM:
- If you would like us to pair you up with a farmer/chef, please mark it on the application. We will be in contact.
- We will create signage for partnership with Island Grown member farms for their booths.
BOOTH SPACE:
Vendors may purchase a single or double space. Space will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Vendors cooking with propane MUST be located outside on the plaza.
– Single space (10’x10’) with power outlets
– Double space (10’ x 20’) with power outlets
One table per vendor will be provided by Brickworks. If you would like more than one table, you will need to bring extra.
All vendors will need to bring their own table decorations, cooking items and any extra tables other than the one provided. Outside vendors will also need to bring tents.
There will be access to the Brickworks commercial kitchen for a small number of vendors. Preference will be given to Island Grown members on a first-come-first-served basis.
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
- The San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild will provide the Temporary Food Establishment Permit.
- Plates, napkins, and utensils will be provided. If you need bowls or other kinds of serving dishes, please let us know.
MENU ITEMS:
- Small bite-size portions to encourage participants to try many different offerings.
- San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild will be the only vendor selling beverages.
