We are surrounded by the abundant waters of the Salish Sea. This means that Tops’l is in the unique position to offer the freshest seafood possible. The uni, salmon, crab, cucumbers, prawns, cod and shellfish are sourced from local fishermen at the dock steps away from the Tops’l kitchens.
The bounty that comes to us from the Salish Sea is never taken for granted. We are always aware of how vital the health of the surrounding marine life is to our habitat and strive to offer only environmentally responsible and sustainably harvested seafood. We want our children, and all children, to live in a world of diversity and plenty.
