Our family run farm has over 100 fruit and nut trees, a vegetable garden, pigs and of course the sheep. We manage the farm with a hands on approach: picking off bugs instead of using sprays, hand weeding the garden and giving the animals produce and fruit that is no longer good for human consumption. Our goal is to use all the farm products as best we can.
