Farms, shellfish operations, wild crafters and other producers that grow, raise, harvest or process agricultural products grown within San Juan County.  At least 95% of the defining ingredient must be locally grown.  Livestock used for meat products must have spent at least 50% of their lives in San Juan County.

Restaurants, stores, schools and other businesses that exemplify a year-round commitment to sourcing locally grown and harvested foods and products.  Island Grown food establishment members must source at least 10% local products year-round, with the greatest commitment during the spring through fall growing season.
